 Prestige Club loyalty programme rules

 

I.    General resolutions

1.     These rules define the principles of participation in the loyalty programme of the PPH&R Prestige Club — henceforth to be referred to as the Programme.

2.     This Programme is addressed to everyone who at least once has been a Guest of one of the hotels belonging to the Polish Prestige Hotels & Resorts Group (a current list of PPH&R hotels is found on Web page www.hotelePPH.pl).

II.  Terms of participation in the Programme

1.     Every private individual who has attained the age of majority and has completed a declaration of participation while a Guest at one of the PPH&R hotels and signed a statement consenting to have their personal data processed for Programme-related correspondence and marketing purposes is eligible to take part in the Programme.

2.     A Prestige Club card, issued at the hotel reception or by the Polish Prestige Hotels Foundation Office immediately upon submitting a Declaration of Participation, filled in legibly and signed, confirms that a Guest has joined the Programme.

3.     A Prestige Club card is personal and may be used only by the card owner, to be known after joining the Programme as a Programme Participant.

4.     On the basis of a Prestige Club card a Programme Participant may directly log onto to the reservation system and make reservations via Web site  www.hotelePPH.pl at special prices available only to the Programme Participants.

5.     A Prestige Club is valid indefinitely.

6.     A Prestige Club is not a credit or payment card.

 

III. The Programme’s operating principles:

1.     Programme Participants receive special discounts on hotel services in the Polish Prestige Hotel & Resorts Group. In order to be eligible for Prestige Club prices when booking reservations other than via the pphotels.pl (mail, telephone or directly at the hotel), one’s participation in the Prestige Club should be mentioned the moment reservations are being booked.

2.     For each stay at a hotel of the Group a Programme Participant is awarded points according to the following criterion:  one point is counted for every full PLN 100 a Programme Participants spends on overnight services.

3.     The above principle is not applied in situations in which the Programme Participant:

3.1. Is availing himself/herself of corporate prices.

3.2. Books a reservation via commercial Internet booking systems other than hotelePPH.pl.

3.3. Books a reservation through a travel bureau or tourist agency.

4.     In every other case the hotel is obligated to award points to the Programme Participant for the overnight services he/she makes use of.

5.     The points are collected starting from the next stay at a hotel of the Group after filling in the Declaration of Participation and after receiving a valid Prestige Club card. The points are not counted for the stay in the hotel where the Declaration of Participation in the Programme was filled in.

6.     A Programme Participant may redeem his/her points for prizes in accordance with the principles outlined in point IV of the Prestige Club loyalty programme rules.

7.     The Programme Participant may check the number of points he/she has collected by logging in to the Web page www.hotelePPH.pl using a login (a card number) and a password according to the instructions on the Web page.

IV. Prizes

1.     The list of prizes may be seen at Web page www.hotelePPH.pl.

2.     Receiving prizes:

a)     points can be redeemed for prizes at Web page www.hotelePPH.pl or directly at the hotel reception; a Programme Participant chooses the prize from the proper catalogue and the maximum value of the prize has to correspond to the number of accumulated points or might be lower at the discretion.

b)    in the event a free stay at a selected hotel of the  Polish Prestige Hotels & Resorts Group is chosen as the prize and an online reservation is made, the prize in the form of a Stay Voucher is sent to the Participant’s e-mail address together with confirmation of the reservation.

3.     After a Programme participant uses up his/her prize, according to point 2 above, the number of points to his credit is automatically reduced by the value of said prize.

4.     The validity date for using the points expires after 3 years, starting from the last day of the month when the points have been counted by the Organizer. Not valid points are cancelled. The Participant has no right to claim for any equivalent, including the financial one, on the Organizer regarding the points not used.

5.     The Organizer will award a Special prize till the end of December 2008 to the Programme Participants who in the year 2007 fulfilled the criteria to apply for the Special prize. Each entitled Participant will be informed via e-mail or post about receiving the prize.

6.     The Organizer will award a Special prize till the end of January 2009 to the Programme Participants who in the year 2008 fulfilled the criteria to apply for the Special prize. Each entitled Participant will be informed via e-mail or post about receiving the prize.

7.     Starting from the beginning of 2009 year – the winner of the Special prize of the year will be the Programme Participant with the highest number of points on the 31st of December at 12 a.m.

8.     The Special prize of the year 2009 and next would be approved by The Organizer till the 31st of January 2010 and next. Each entitled Programme Participant will be informed via e-mail or post about receiving the prize.

V. Personal data

By joining the Prestige Club’s loyalty programme, you are also consenting that have your personal data included in the data base of the Polish Prestige Hotels Foundation. The data will be processed solely for the purpose of implementing reservations, facilitating subsequent reservations and for marketing purposes (in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29th August 1997). Of course, you have got the right to access your personal data, update them or demand their removal.

VI. Final resolutions

1.     Matters not regulated by these rules are resolved by the Organiser (the Polish Prestige Hotels Foundation).

2.     Violations of the terms of these regulations by the Programme Participant may result in the withdrawal of some or all of the rights to which he/she is entitled by virtue of participating in the programme.

3.     The Polish Prestige Hotels Foundation reserves the right to change the rules and regulations of the Prestige Club loyalty programme and pledges to provide Programme Participants with advance notice of such changes on www.hotelePPH.pl.
