The conference part of the Bartan Hotel consists of: recently designed conference hall for 35 - 50 persons and the multifunctional room for 70 - 80 persons with the possibility of the blackout. Both are equipped with the modern audiovisual equipment and the wireless access to the Internet.
For the Guests interested in the organization of small meetings the hotel offers the business suite for up to 10 persons.
Main conference hall: 60 sq. m., up to 35 persons in the conference arrangement. Multifunctional room: 84 sq. m., up to 70 persons in the conference arrangement.
Included in the conference hall rent rate: screen, slide projector of the foil, flip-chart, white board, access to the Internet. Additionally paid multimedia projector.
