For a full decade now we have been able to play host to you in Poland’s finest hotels bearing the Polish Prestige Hotels & Resorts logo. At PPH&R we are guided by the motto: "You’ll come, you’ll enjoy, you’ll return". Our experience has shown that a Guest’s satisfaction is determined by both high standards and extensive facilities as well as the warm and cordial atmosphere. Our trained staff take pains to ensure both those aspects on a daily basis, offering high-quality service in a highly diversified array of hotels as well as a personal approach to all our Guests.
This is how it all began…
In December 1997, the heads of eight hotels concluded an agreement to work together under a joint marketing programme. The guiding motif of the programme, launched at the start of 1998, was the need to create an alternative to the market expansion of global hotel chains with an offer of good Polish hotels cultivating a regional identity, Polish cultural heritage and the best patterns of hotel hospitality. We wanted to come out with a unique offer and diverse services in order to strengthen those of our native hotels most closely identified with Polish hotel tradition under a common logo. To that end, our hotels work together in agreed areas, preserving their autonomy and programme identity. However, to bolster the competitiveness of our offer, in 2005 we set up the Polish Prestige Hotels Foundation in order to better coordinate that cooperation.
Apart from high-quality services, combined with the group’s main programme line, the Polish Prestige Hotels & Resorts group hotels offer Guests an opportunity to make use of modern booking facilities. These include our own on-line reservation system and the Prestige Club loyalty programme.
